Wow! This is the discipline I want to have with fasting and food however for some weird reason since the pandemic I lost it and it never came back.
I am typing this sitting waiting for my takeout at 6:52pm lol. I need to do better..
I’m typing this reply eating a pint of ice cream because today is Sunday so I’m free to eat whatever I want within reason.
Yeah the pandemic absolutely wreaked havoc on my ability to organise myself.
I think there was a psychological effect on all of us from the pandemic that nobody has really addressed.

Quick question on the 42-hour fast: How does it work? You get to eat nothing for the whole hour?
From the moment the fast begins to the moment it ends 42 hours later, I can drink only water.
No food whatsoever.

Will you be walking outside/outdoors? Also the fasting is it a dry fast?
The fasting is a pure water fast, so I am drinking a total of 3 litres of water at regular intervals throughout the day.
I’ll mostly be walking indoors when the weather is bad.
If the weather permits, I also do walks outdoors, which I prefer because the time passes faster and I think I get more steps in.
